These terms apply when you separately opt in to receive text messages from Nirvanix Health. Consent to marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of receiving care.

Transactional messages

If you separately request transactional messages, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related notices. Do not send detailed medical information by ordinary text message.

Marketing messages

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
