Cancellation and Refund Policy

In-clinic appointments

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation or rescheduling request received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend without notice, is subject to a $25 fee.

If an appointment was paid in advance and no service was provided, any otherwise refundable amount will be returned less the applicable $25 late-cancellation fee and any separately disclosed, non-refundable third-party, laboratory, or prepared-product charges.

Events and mobile bookings

A deposit equal to 50% of the quoted event total is required to reserve an event date and time. If the event is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before its scheduled start time, the deposit is refundable or may be applied to a replacement date confirmed by Nirvanix.

If the event is canceled or a rescheduling request is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the client does not appear for the event, the 50% deposit is forfeited and is not refundable. A requested date change is not effective until Nirvanix confirms the new date in writing.

Cancellations by Nirvanix

If Nirvanix cancels an appointment or event and the parties do not agree to reschedule, Nirvanix will refund the appointment payment or event deposit collected for services that were not provided. No patient or client cancellation fee applies when Nirvanix cancels.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Nirvanix will initiate the refund promptly, but the time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment processor and financial institution. Services already provided and products already prepared, administered, dispensed, or delivered are not refundable except when required by law.

Call or text (512) 910-4299 or email info@nirvanixhealth.com. Notice is measured from the scheduled start time to when Nirvanix receives the request. Please include the booking name and scheduled date, but do not email detailed medical information.
