Nirvanix Health
Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026
This policy describes information collected through nirvanixhealth.com and the general contact form. Medical records maintained by the Austin clinic are also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices. Nirvanix's national telehealth program uses Scriptful infrastructure; the responsible medical group provides its own privacy notice before an available clinical intake begins.
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit, such as name, email address, phone number, and the general service category you select.
- Communications you send to us. Please do not place diagnoses, medication lists, or other detailed medical information in the general contact form.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
- Appointment, payment, and medical information collected by a scheduling, payment, laboratory, pharmacy, or healthcare provider when you intentionally use that provider's service.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, schedule and support services, operate and secure the website, comply with law, maintain records, and send communications you separately request. We do not sell personal information or mobile opt-in information. Marketing consent is optional and separate from receiving care.
When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our instructions, healthcare providers involved in your care, payment and scheduling providers you choose to use, regulators or law enforcement when legally required, and parties involved in a permitted business transaction. Healthcare vendors must receive only the information necessary for their role and must be subject to appropriate privacy and security terms.
Cookies and measurement technologies
The current site may use essential storage required for security, accessibility, or user-requested functionality. Advertising and marketing pixels are disabled in the current site build. We will not enable non-essential advertising technology on clinical intake, appointment, authentication, or prescription pages. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any controls required by law.
Embedded Google reviews
The home page uses Featurable to display reviews sourced from Google. When the review section loads, Featurable and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the referring page. Review content and related links are governed by the privacy practices of those services. You may use the direct Google link instead of interacting with the embedded review content.
Text and email communications
Transactional and marketing text messages require separate choices. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Review the SMS Terms for additional information.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No internet system is completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, or appeal a denied privacy request. Medical-record rights are explained in the Notice of Privacy Practices. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children and external services
This website is not directed to children under 13. Links and embedded services operated by other organizations are governed by their own privacy practices.
